You will have access to the full functionality of ExactDocs so that you can experience all its benefits first-hand. However, your ability to share documents with other users, link templates and produce multiple documents with merged variables, will cease at the end of the 30 day free trial.

Will I automatically be signed onto a subscription plan after my free trial expires?

You will continue to have access to ExactDocs on a Standard Plan. You can upgrade to a Professional Plan at any time.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can change to a different subscription plan once the minimum term of your current subscription plan expires. On a Professional Plan, this is one month. Members on a Business/Enterprise Plan will need to wait until the end of their 12 month subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However you will be charged the subscription fee until the minimum term of your subscription plan expires.

Yes, you can share your documents with other users if you are on the Professional, Business or Enterprise Plan and within the first 30 days of the Standard Plan.
